Raglan sleeves are unfashionable in tailoring circles precisely because they're harder to get right — the seam runs from underarm to collar with nowhere to hide an imperfection. We kept the construction anyway, because it's the only sleeve that lets a coat this heavy still move like a much lighter one.
The lapel is padded and rolled by hand — a two-hour process per coat, done by a single tailor start to finish.
